Overview

This class is a Pay-What-You-Can, community-based offering presented by The Theatre Lab’s Life Stories® program.

Welcome to the world of the Emotion Detectives, where feelings are clues and imagination leads the way! This fun, engaging class uses acting and storytelling to help young children explore the wonderful, sometimes tricky, world of emotions. Each week, students become detectives on a mission to identify, name, and express feelings like happy, sad, and brave through role-playing and dramatic movement. We will practice empathy, learn healthy ways to express big feelings, and build confidence by creating our own helpful “Detective Persona.” Join us to use the power of creative play to unlock emotional intelligence and communication skills in a safe, imaginative space.

Please fill out this brief application here to enroll in this class. You will receive an email confirming their registration. While this is a Pay-What-You-Can class, students must register through this application form in order to participate.
